[NEWS] K-POP dominates the renowned Thailand Channel V chart




Channel V-Thailand, a globally renowned music channel, gathered the most aired, most favored Asian music video for the year of 2011 to list the Asian Top 50 Year End Chart 2011.
According to the chart, the top 50 songs consist of 47 Korean songs, one Japanese song and two Chinese songs. On the first position ranked B2ST’s “Beautiful” right followed by JYJ’s “AYYY Girl.”


Among the top ten songs include most of Korea’s most favored ‘idol’ singer groups.
TVXQ’s “Keep Your Head Down” ranked third, Kim Hyun Joong’s “Please” fourth, and Super Junior’s “Perfection” and “A-Cha” fifth and eighth respectively. Besides them, 2PM and GD&TOP also put their names higher on the list.


 2PM, 2NE1 and SNSD put their names fourth times on the list, while Kim Hyun Joong and GD&TOP as well third times, proving their high popularity in Asian areas.
K-POP seems to spread deep roots in the Thailand music world. Thailand Channel V is a music channel with public confidence and specialty. In this respect, this achievement means a clear reflection on how influential Korean songs are in Thailand.
