The career of MBLAQ’s Lee Joon in the past—before his debut as MBLAQ —was recently exposed and is in the limelight.
Lee Joon had an interview on the episode of MBC’s Section TV Entertainment News that aired on April 15.
The MBLAQ member was flustered at seeing the clip of a home-shopping commercial film for kimchi in which he appeared before his debut as a member of an idol group. The idol star recalled his old days and fessed up, “I appeared the commercial as a manly, innocent country guy. The Kimchi was so delicious that I ordered one myself.”
The heartthrob quipped, “At this point, I have nothing to lose. I’ll expose everything. I worked as an endorsement model for a wing and underwear.”
The interview went on around the subway station at Gangnam. The huge crowd, gathered to see Joon, proved his considerable popularity. Hence, reporter Park Seul Gi suspected Joon leaked the information that he would hold an interview here. When asked if he ever did it, the charming singer replied, “It was not me but my stylist,” and made everyone laugh out loud.
Expressing gratitude for having an interview with the program, the crew presented the heartthrob with a three combo lunch box of fried rice with kimchi. The singer talked about his episode involved with a dish of fried rice with kimchi, which created an issue. While eating the dish, Joon grumbled, quipping, “I love to have various kinds of food, but always getting fried rice with kimchi as a gift.
