JYJ’s Yoochun has surpassed Lee Seung Gi to seize the spot as the king of Wednesday-Thursday dramas.

According to viewership ratings firm AGB Nielsen Media Research on 6 April, the episode of “Rooftop Prince” which was broadcast on 5 April recorded national average viewership ratings of 12.5%. This was a 1.3% increase from the 11.2% recorded for the episode which was broadcast on 4 April. With the increase of viewership ratings for “Rooftop Prince”, which stars Park Yoochun and Han Ji Min, it has overtaken MBC’s “The King 2 Hearts”, which has secured the first place all this while.

“The King 2 Hearts”, which stars Lee Seung Gi and Ha Ji Won, recorded viewership ratings of 12.1%. This was a 1.4% decrease from the ratings for the episode which was broadcast on 4 April. “Rooftop Prince” achieved first place in viewership ratings with the highest ratings it has recorded since its first broadcast on 21 March. Meanwhile, KBS2′s “The Equator Man” recorded viewership ratings of 10.2%.
