A South Korean group MBLAQ (Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality) will kick off its first Asian tour titled “The BLAQ% Tour” at Mata Elang International Stadium (MEIS) in Ancol, North Jakarta, on June 30.
The concert will be held jointly by Dynamo Buzz, Gamma Live and Sound Rhythm along with other organizers.
MBLAQ – consisting of Seung Ho, G.O., Lee Joon, Thunder, and Mir – was established in 2009 by noted singer Rain under J Tune Camp, his artist management company.
After releasing its fourth LP “100%Ver” earlier this year, the group decided to hit the road and tour Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
"Since our debut, we had the dream and goal of an Asian tour. We are happy that we have taken a step toward that dream,” G.O. said in a press statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Tuesday.
