Singer and musical actress Ok Joo Hyun revealed a picture taken with JYJ’s member Junsu.

Yesterday, Ok Joo Hyun posted on her Twitter, “I thank all audience members once again who filled up all the seats for our Wednesday night performance as well. This great man was also in the audience~” along with a picture.

In the picture, Ok Joo Hyun is still in the makeup from her musical stage in a white gown, posing for the camera. Next to her is JYJ’s Junsu in an all-black suit with his hand on Ok Joo Hyun’s shoulder.

Internet users who saw this commented, “They look so close, I’m jealous,” “They’re such great singers,” “I’ll make sure to go watch the musical,” and “They look good together.”

Ok Joo Hyun and Junsu had both played roles in the musical “Elizabeth” as Elizabeth and Death.

[NEWS] 130803 MBLAQ receives criticism for starting their Japanese tour on Korea's Liberation Day + J.Tune Camp responds

MBLAQ has apparently received some flak regarding the date of their Japanese tour.

The boys are kicking off their Japanese tour on August 15th, and this had some netizens frowning as August 15th marks Korea's Liberation Day or Gwangbokjeol, the day Korea was freed from Imperial Japanese rule.

J.Tune Camp explained, "We of course thought hard about performing in Japan on Liberation Day. We tried to change the date as much as possible, but we couldn't because of a lot of problems and schedules."

In this special were presents besides the MCs, members of the idol groups MyName,100%, Spica, Pop Crayon, Glam andTahit as well as the rookie group Scarf.

To learn the Art of Love in this variety show the couples were tested in numerous categories such as sexy dance, vocals confrontation and impersonation. The idols in the end formes 5 couples.

All the KPOP released severial images of Mir and his ideal girl on the show GLAM's Zinni, the couple filled the studio with laughs durring the couple Pepero game.

Durring the Limbo game however it seemed that his shoe was too high to hold her to complete the task, which ended up in him kicking it off, but slipping in his insoles causing the laughters to brust once again.

Even with this slight injury Mir continue in the game and build the record of passing 54 cm, while until now the best record for this game were 55cm causing the MBLAQ member to walk in the Fame Hall.

Particulaty suffering from herniated disk and previously had spend 3 weeks in the hospital Mir challenged himself in 90 minutes of exercising with a tremendous fighter spirit and that caused everyone to cheer for him.

Even with this circumstances and the exhaustation Mir sucessfully finished the recording, the All K-POP crew said "Despite his injuries he did his best to broadcast and appear as a good sumbaenim for his juniors" while prising his fighter spirit.

[NEWS] 130319 JYJ’s Junsu takes a snapshot with his beautiful mother and twin brother

Ever wondered where JYJ Junsu‘s good looks come from? Fans have determined that he takes after his beautiful mother.

Junsu’s mother shared on her Twitter on the 17th, “After the game, a snapshot taken with my two sons backstage,” proudly sharing the mentioned photo. The snapshot shows Junsu with his twin brother Kim Junho and mother enjoying their day out as a family.

Junsu’s celebrity soccer team FC MEN held a soccer charity match at the Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 17th.

Fans couldn’t get enough of the Kim family, sharing, “Junsu’s mother shared a lovely family snapshot,” “Please share more photos,” and “It seems the two sons got their visuals from their mother.”

[NEWS] 130114 JYJ Looking to Sign a New Contract with a New Record Label in Japan

JYJ is currently out looking for a new partner in Japan to support its promotions in the country.

According to many media outlets in Japan, following its triumph in a long and winding legal case against its Japanese agency Avex in January, JYJ has received many love calls from pretigious local record labels.

One outlet reported, "Despite the fact that K-Pop′s popularity is at its lowest in Japan, JYJ can still make profit with its strong fan base. The group can draw audiences with its live performances."

A local official stated, "Large agencies have been sending offers, but we believe one agency is already a strong candidate."

A rep from C-JeS Entertainment told enews, "It is true that following the winning of the suit, the group has been meeting actively with Japanese companies. It′s been holding many talks to look them over carefully and strike a deal with a trustworthy and stable partner."

On January 18, the Tokyo District Court denied Avex the right to claim exclusive management rights over JYJ′s Japanese activities. It also ordered Avex to pay compensation of 660 million yen (approx. 7.8 billion won) to the group as well as 1 million yen (approx. 11 million won) to the C-JeS Ent. rep on defamation claims.

[NEWS] 130213 Seungho confirms Junhyung and Hara are still dating

MBLAQ‘s Seungho confirmed that Hara and Junhyung were still dating.

On the most recent episode of MBC Music‘s ‘All the K-Pop‘, MC Boom asked Seungho and Mir, “These days, idols don’t hide their relationships like they did in the past and announce it publicly. Hara has announced her relationship. Are they still dating?“. Mir hesitated at first in replying, and Boom then focused his attention onto Seungho. Seungho shortly replied, “The two are dating fine.”

When the fortune tellers on the show predicted a bad year in terms of relationships for Junhyung in 2013, Seungho got upset, saying, “He is one of the dongsaengs I am close with. He looks strong on the outside, but he’s very softhearted on the inside. I always try hard to take care of him as a hyung. I’m upset that he received such a bad fortune“.

MBLAQ Seungho and G.O who appeared in the musical “Gwanghwamun Sonata” in Japan donates rice wreaths to Japanese underprivileged.

According to Dreame Tokyo Branch on the 13^th, on the 31^st MBLAQ Seungho and G.O donated 430 kg rice wreaths to NGO “Second Harvest” in Tokyo, Japan.

With the donations from last December of 350kg, and this second donation, it totals up to 780 kg donated.

In January “Gwanghwamun Sonata Musical” in Tokyo, Japan, MBLAQ Seungho and G.O’s domestic and foreign fans donated on behalf of MBLAQ (Seungho & G.O) 430 kg of Dreame rice wreaths to support their performance.

The rice wreaths to support MBLAQ (Seungho and G.O) for their musical “Gwanghwamun Sonata Musical”  were taken part by Korean fansite “DAYPLAY & BLAQSSONG”, G.O fan café MBLAQGOGO (팬카페 불명G.O),  G.O fansite “GOduckGOduck”, ! 양치쿠카이 with 87linesupporters, MBLAQ fansite “J-BLAQ”, “OnlyJustGO”, Taiwan MBLAQ fan site “HelloMyBLAQ&BornToPlay”, and Taiwan’s “Seungho Taiwan & PHOEBUS” collaboration .

[NEWS] 130124 Kim Jae-Joong, “It’s sad that we cannot appear on programs… It’s not just a problem of ours”

Kim Jae-Joong talked of hardships of restricted broadcast activities. 

Kim Jae-Joong, who released first solo album ‘Mine’ recently, had an interview at Seoul Sang-Am Stanford Hotel on January 22 and revealed his thought toward appearing on broadcast programs. He has been not able to appear on music and entertainment program even though the dispute between JYJ and SM Entertainment finished. He is appearing on drama because of acting activities, but he has not been able to appear on music and entertainment program for 4 years. 

Kim Jae-Joong said, “It’s sad. It’s not just a problem of ours. Some say ‘Why do you have to appear on other broadcast programs while you are acting in dramas and movies’. But we have fans love us and our music. We entertainers need service of showing them what they want. 

We had 4 years of restriction, but now we want to repay our fans. I think we need to give bigger service through broadcast or concert. Also, there are elementary student and middle school student fans. I think people around them may not know us. It’s sad.”

Meanwhile, Kim Jae-Joong released first solo album ‘Mine’ on January 17, and is going to hold a concert ‘You’re, My and Mine’ at Ilsan Kintex on January 26 and 27 to meet fans.

JYJ’s Kim Jun Su recently showed off that he received Kim Jae Joong’s autograph.

On January 24, Jun Su tweeted a picture with the short comment, “Hello! I got Jae Joong’s autograph.”

In the picture, Jun Su is smiling for the camera. He is wearing a green T-shirt where Jae Joong signed his autograph. Their close friendship received a lot of attention.

Jae Joong previously released his first solo EP I on January 17 and showed off his power in EP sales by selling over 60,000 copies in only five days.

Following a whirlwind of controversy surrounding a post Lee Joon uploaded then deleted, Lee Joon′s agency J Tune Camp announced on January 23 that "Lee Joon did indeed write the post that was uploaded onto his official fan cafe."

It added, "Lee Joon wrote the post while debating with his agency in the midst of his busy schedule. Lee Joon was always concerned about the sincerity behind his promotions, but we failed to reflect his opinions on his activities. The post was written when he was emotionally beat."

"Lee Joon wanted to perform in sincere performances in better conditions, but because he was so concerned, he came to write the emotional post," it added. "It is disconcerting, but we can understand."

It finished, "We′ll care for his schedule and work hard to let him concentrate on all his activities with a sincere heart."

In the early mornings of the same day, Lee Joon had left a post on his fan cafe, which netizens assumed was aimed at Oh Yeon Seo and We Got Married.

[NEWS] 130123 TVXQ′s Max Changmin Spills About His First Kiss

TVXQ (DBSK)′s Max Changmin told his viewers and fans that he had his first kiss after his debut.

"[My first kiss] was a little late," he said on the January 22 broadcast of KBS2′s Moonlight Prince.

He added, "It was after my debut. I had my first kiss with a woman older than me. I never dated when I was in middle school; I couldn′t. If I could go back, I want to be in more relationships."

When asked when in his life he would go back to if he could go back in time, he said, "I would go back to the early 2000s, when I was still in school. I didn′t get to mingle with the girls much because I was too shy. I want to meet more women."

[NEWS] 130123 ′Yawang′ Slips Up in Its Efforts to Take Viewers Back to the Past

Yawang has been trying hard to make its setting convincing, but a few slip-ups have been ruining its sincere efforts.

The drama is set 12 years in the past. Everything seems to be going on well in making that setting convincing, but a few props have betrayed the fact that the drama is being filmed in 2013, bringing down its reality.

Mistakes were made ever since the first episode. The leads Soo Ae, Kwon Sang Woo and Jung Yunho seemed to be working hard to take their viewers back to the year 2000, using old slide phones and folder phones to emphasize the setting. Other props, however, didn′t show as much care for detail.

In the scene where Ha Ryu (Kwon Sang Woo) goes to work at a host bar to earn his girlfriend Da Hae (Soo Ae)′s tuition, a music video by the girl group SISTAR, which debuted in the year 2010, was seen playing in the background.

[NEWS] 130122 Upcoming film ‘An Actor Is An Actor’ starring MBLAQ’s Lee Joon concludes filming

Upcoming film ‘An Actor Is An Actor‘ starring MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon has wrapped up filming.

The cast and crew filmed for two months, starting on November 23rd, and concluded the final scene on the 19th of January.

Lee Joon shared, “It’s hard to believe that I’ve been cast in this movie, much less concluded filming. I think it’ll be a production that I will never forget. Although it was a daily challenge, with the help of my director and seniors, I was able to learn a lot and enjoy my work. I hope that this production leaves a lasting impression on viewers.”

Director Kim Ki Duk stated, “An actor is not someone who imitates [a character's] life, but someone who lives the life of [the character].”

A picture of 2NE1′s Sandara Park wearing no makeup was recently released.

On January 20, MBLAQ’s Thunder, Park’s brother, uploaded a picture of Park on his Twitter account with the comment, “I recommend her as the next contestant of Infinite Challenge‘s F1. I secretly took this picture.”

[NEWS] 130118 TVXQ’s Changmin confesses to secretly watching porn in middle school

During the recent filming of KBS‘s new variety show ‘Moonlight Prince‘, TVXQ‘s Changmin shocked everyone on set with quite a personal story from his past!

During the filming, Lee Seo Jin featured as a guest and the topic of discussion was, ‘Puberty and Deviation’, to correspond to the theme of the book he had read. With him opening up about his own struggle with puberty, the other MCs also shared their own experiences growing up.

Changmin was particularly frank as he confessed, “When I was in middle school, I secretly watched porn while my parents weren’t around”, raising the curiosity of the fellow male MCs who hilariously tried to dig up more information about whether he was caught and what his parents might have said to him.

[NEWS] 130118 C-JeS releases details regarding JYJ’s lawsuit victory over Avex + Avex announces its intentions to appeal

After the initial announcement regarding JYJ‘s win against Avex, C-JeS Entertainment has revealed details regarding the ruling received.

According to C-JeS, the Japanese court ruled that Avex cannot insist on JYJ’s sole management in Japan, and ordered the management company to pay JYJ’s agency C-JeS Entertainment 660 million Yen (~ 7.3 million USD). The court also acknowledged the fact that Avex has defamed C-JeS’s CEO, and as such, ruled that they also pay the CEO 1 million Yen (~ 11,000 USD).

To recap, JYJ and Avex suspended their exclusive contract back in 2010 and as the conflict of promoting in Japan escalated between them, Avex had released a public notice that falsely claimed that C-JeS’s CEO was affiliated with gangsters and brought about the halt of promotions in Japan for the group. They also insisted that they had sole management over JYJ’s Japanese activities and interfered with the group’s attempt to put on a charity concert back in 2011, which led to the lawsuit.

In response to the ruling received in court today (18th), Avex has already made it clear through an announcement on their homepage that they cannot accept the decision and that they will be filing an appeal.

[NEWS] 130116 Kang Ho Dong Compares TVXQ's Max Changmin to Lee Seung Gi

The Nation′s MC made it clear that he was expecting TVXQ′s (DBSK) Max Changmin, co-MC for his upcoming KBS2 talk show Moonlight Prince, to become another variety star.

Kang Ho Dong spoke at the press roundtable for Moonlight Prince held on January 15 in Seoul. He was present with Tak Jae Hoon, Jung Jae Hyung, Brave Brothers, TVXQ′s Max Changmin and producer Lee Ye Ji.

The MC has dug up many variety talents, the most recent and most influential being his fellow 1 Night, 2 Days panel member Lee Seung Gi. The two even hosted the SBS program Strong Heart together.

He said about Max Changmin, when asked to compare him to Lee Seung Gi, that he′s "a little brother who has infinite potential."

[NEWS] 130116 JYJ Kim Jae Joong’s ‘Mine’ Music Video Dropping at Midnight

After much teasing, Kim Jae Joong is set to drop his music video later today for his first solo album title song, Mine.

Kim Jae Joong’s previously released "dark angel" music video teasers already caused a sensation among fans and the singer’s agency is promising the full video will do that and more.

His agency, C-Jes Entertainment, shared on the video,"We're confident the music video [for Mine] will be the most sensational this year. With the best staff possible, the music's strength has been expanded. We shot around-the-clock for 60 hours for the music video and included the best scenes possible with Kim Jae Joong. Despite even sustaining injuries, Kim Jae Joong remained focused until the end, receiving the praise of the staff."

The music video's director, Lee Sang Kyu, said on Kim Jae Joong, "While reading the lyrics for Mine I felt the loneliness and anguish he felt as an artist wanting to [express himself]. I tried to carefully express those complicated feelings through a wide range of symbolic images [in the music video]."

The details that went into the music video was quite lavish as well, as the staff brought in live snakes, crows and owls, top of the line video cameras and seven sets in all, including the main set which measured 25m wide and 10m high. 

The music video for Mine will be unveiled at midnight before the full mini album drops on January 17.

[NEWS] 130110 Oh Yeon Seo and Lee Joon to meet for the first time following the scandal on ‘We Got Married’

On the upcoming January 12th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘We Got Married‘, on-screen couple MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon and Oh Yeon Seo will reunite for the first time since the dating scandal that initially put everyone involved in an awkward situation.

Back in the beginning of the new year, Oh Yeon Seo was swept up in rumors about being in a relationship with ‘Oh Ja Ryong Is Coming‘ co-star Lee Jang Woo, leaving fans shocked at the news and confused by the several contrasting statements released. However, in the end, both Oh Yeon Seo and her agency firmly denied any romantic feelings between the actress and actor.

Since then, the actress and Lee Joon have met up for the filming of the upcoming WGM broadcast where the actress is said to have opened up to the idol about the scandal and her honest feelings.

Viewers will have to tune in for the upcoming episode on the 12th to watch Lee Joon and Oh Yeon Seo’s first meeting since the outbreak of the rumors, so stay tuned!
